The Jupiter is our standard model of headphone that fits the majority of use purposes, both in terms of comfort (due to light weight and fully circumaural pads) and sonic delicacy that is the result of years of constant refinement in tuning.

We can now offer the Jupiter with a choice of different pads (with each pair tuned accordingly) to tailor the sound to each customers’ specific needs - either brighter, with an emphasis on midrange & treble detail and air, or a more relaxed top end suited to long hours in the studio with zero fatigue.

Our standard wood for Hyland Headphones is Ash as we find this to be the best for a number of reasons; it is among the best woods for tonal balance while being both relatively lightweight and easy to work. Other woods may be available so if you would like something specific or a different finish please get in touch.
